Tables in a website without the use of CSS consume a lot bandwidth making your site to load slowly and may frustrate your clients. CSS makes your tables light and consumes less bandwidth making your site load fast enough.

You may develop the background of the website when developing the website. However, always consider the type of background that you will put on your website. Make sure that the background is good enough to support good text colours; ones that can be read comfortably by all people. Background and text colour complement each other and ensuring that they you have a good background is important. At the same time, ensure that you have the right scripting components like java script. Use java script codes that are compatible with all browsers your clients may be using.

Developing a website is not as important as accessibility of the content you put on the website. It is unfortunate that some webmasters have good websites and contents but they are inaccessible to the target clients. One of the most important things to consider is loading speed of your website. Make it up to standard by using light contents and graphics.  If you have to include many graphics and images, ensure that your target clients have fast enough internet protocols to access the content. Slow loading websites only frustrate your clients and you may end up losing traffic and profits.
